At Veiluxe Beauty, we want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order — and you get to keep the product. No returns, no shipping it back, no hassle.

 

How to Request a Refund

Simply email us at support@veiluxebeauty.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll take care of you. That's it.

 

What Items Are Eligible?

All Veiluxe Beauty products are eligible for our refund guarantee, with the exception of gift cards and any sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken.

 

My Item Arrived Damaged — What Now?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we'll send you a free replacement right away. No need to return the original.

 

How Long Does a Refund Take?

Once your refund is approved, we process it within 5 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
